Terms of service

1. General Provisions

This website (the “Site”) and all services offered through it are operated by BeStongBeB.A.S.S (the “Company”).

All users who visit or use the Site, or place an order through it, are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service. Users who do not accept these terms should not use the Site.

These Terms of Service govern users' rights and obligations in relation to their use of the Site and apply together with the Privacy Policy.

 

2. Description of Products and Services

All products offered for sale through the Site are designed or supplied by BeStongBeB.A.S.S .

Product images are for illustration only. Depending on your screen settings and on production processes, there may be slight differences in color tone, print placement and measurements.

For made-to-order or personalized products, no changes can be made after the customer's approval, and returns are not accepted except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

 

3. Orders and Payment

  • Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Turkish Lira (₺) and include VAT.
  • For an order to be valid, the payment must have been completed successfully.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel an order where it deems this necessary.

Accepted payment methods:
Credit card, debit card, bank transfer/EFT (current payment methods are listed on the Site).

 

4. Delivery

Orders are handed over to the carrier on average within 3–7 business days of payment confirmation (unless otherwise stated).

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the delivery address.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

 

5. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to the terms of the Return and Exchange Policy published separately on the Site.

 

6. Terms of Use

The Site may only be used for lawful purposes.

Users may not engage in any activity that;

  • Damages the Site,
  • Disrupts the operation of the service,
  • Collects data without permission,
  • Interferes with the systems

in any way.

 

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including designs, logos, texts, images, graphics, product designs and written content, belongs to BeStongBeB.A.S.Sor is used under licence.

This content is protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation.

Without the Company's written permission, no content may be;

  • Copied
  • Reproduced
  • Distributed
  • Used for commercial purposes

8. Disclaimer

The content on the Site is for general information purposes.

The Company reserves the right to;

  • Correct typographical errors in prices, descriptions or stock information,
  • Change content without prior notice,
  • Cancel orders where necessary

.

The Company is not responsible for any damage arising from use of the products contrary to their care and use instructions.

 

9. Suspension and Termination of Accounts

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the accounts of users who act in breach of these Terms of Service.

 

10. Privacy

Users' personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and with the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy can be accessed through the Site.

 

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Disputes shall be resolved by the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the consumer's place of residence.

 

12. Entry into Force

These Terms of Service entered into force on 10/08/2025.

BeStongBeB.A.S.Sreserves the right to amend these terms. The current version takes effect on the date it is published on the Site.
