Article 1 – Parties

This agreement is concluded between the parties whose details are set out below, in relation to the consumer's www.bestrongbass.com website, concerning the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically, and has been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts .

Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to set out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of, and the return and exchange processes for, the products ordered electronically by the BUYERfrom the SELLER's www.bestrongbass.com website.

 

Article 3 – Product Details

  • The type, quantity, brand/model, sale price, payment method and delivery details of the products ordered are stated on the page where the order is confirmed.
  • Product images may show slight differences in print, color and measurements.

Article 4 – Delivery

  1. The product is delivered to the address given by the BUYER at the time of the order, within 7 (seven) business days at the latest of payment confirmation.

  2. Delivery is carried out through a logistics company.

  3. Shipping cost: For returns and exchanges, the shipping cost is borne by the buyer. For standard orders, the shipping cost is stated during the order process.

  4. Delivery times may vary depending on your province/district, public holidays and delays caused by the carrier.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may exercise the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of the date on which the product was received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, notice must be given to the SELLER in writing or by email .

When submitting a return request a reason must be given, for example:

  • The product did not fit
  • The customer did not like the product
  • The product did not meet expectations

Products to be returned:

  • Must be unused
  • Must be in resalable condition
  • Must be sent together with the invoice or proof of purchase

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Underwear, socks, tank tops and other products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene

Article 6 – Returns and Refunds

  1. Once the returned product reaches the SELLER, the price of the product is refunded within 14 business days at the latest using the payment method the BUYER used.
  2. The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer (if the product is faulty, the seller covers it).
  3. The shipping label provided by us must be used during the return process. Products sent without a return request may not be accepted.

Article 7 – Exchange

  1. For products that are in stock, an exchange can be made directly.
  2. The product for which an exchange is requested must be unused and in resalable condition .
  3. Underwear, socks, tank tops and other products that cannot be exchanged for reasons of hygiene are excluded from exchanges.
  4. The exchange shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

Article 8 – General Provisions

  • The BUYER acknowledges having been informed, before placing the order, about the characteristics of the products, the sale price, the payment method, and the delivery, return and exchange conditions.

  • This agreement, approved electronically, is binding on the parties.

Article 9 – Resolution of Disputes

For disputes arising from this agreement:

  1. If the amount does not exceed the threshold set each year by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction.
  2. For disputes exceeding that threshold, the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

Article 10 – Entry into Force

  • When the BUYER confirms the order, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
  • The agreement entered into force on 10/08/2025 and the SELLER reserves the right to update it where it deems necessary.
